Not sure with leachies, but my crested does seem to make a bit of a smell when she drops a fresh one...goes away after it dries up. Are we talking diarrhea or just a little bit moist?

Possible. If crickets are part of the diet they are known for occasionally passing pinworms. Take a fresh fecal sample to a vet to have it tested - they can tell you if the gecko has parasites or not.
