Pretty collared, this one looks like a mix of collaris and bicinctores,
pretty face. I would say male, but if you want to feel certain and learn how to sex then turn Lizzy over and look at the vent area.
I have some large photos on sexing on my site, easy to see a difference
Beautiful Lizard, very nice pics! Hope you continue to post them

This was the picture that sparked my interest in hybrids, he looks a lot eastern and also somehow like a bicinctores (I wish that word was shorter), he really is beautiful, but then I already said that

No, I mean instead of saying or typing bicinctores (you said ya wish it was a shorter name) I said just call them Mohave desert collareds. Understand or not, LOL

Lizzy thanks you for the kind words Kelly lol puffing up his ego! I'll get some more shots of him to post up and as soon as I get home, we'll begin phase three of his house construction... we painted everything (non-toxic, water based paint which I read was the best way to go) and let it dry a day between each coat. We're putting the frame together tonight! We won't be putting him in it for another week or two (just so we KNOW for sure the paint is fully dry and the chems are all out of it!) but I think it's going to turn out great
I'll have to wait until he gets a bit more trusting before I go turning him over lol he'd be mighty steamed if I did that just now
I do think he's a striking fellow.. the black collar in like a little bowtie hehe.
So he's a mix between 2 different types? That's interesting. So if he decided to have some babies, which would be a nice mix for him? I do love the aquaflame, so maybe I'll try to find a lass for him
They'll have lots of space!
By the by, how long can they be outside of their home before they start getting annoyed? Our house is relatively warm on most days but we have carpet laid down on almost all of our flooring... this won't hurt the little guy will it?
No it wont hurt him, I love the sound of their little feet padding around the carpets at warp speed, just make sure you lizard-proof the room first, you dont want him getting into the back of your refrigerator or into the VCR. If he gets cold he'll probably curl up in a corner so not a good idea to let him out for too long if its not so warm.
If he's anything like my Yoda he'll climb the curtains and get up on the sofa
