Not totally sure what you mean, but if you mean how do you make it deeper, go to a pet store and get a styrofoam box that they receive fish in. The Hovabator sits in it perfectly. Just like the original incubator, only deeper. Problem solved. Hope that's what you're looking for.

You can make one......with either a sheet of 2" styrofoam or a large stryo shipping box. If I still had mine, I'd post pics. I could incubate 50 burmese python eggs in it.....100% hatch 3 years.

The best way to add depth is to find a larger styrofoam box, one that meat packers use, and cut a hole in the top for the hovabator cover. I did this with a 2' x 3' x 2' box found in the trash and just cut an opening to fit my hovabator cover.
Use an "L" shape cut, so that the hovabator sits on the horizontal part of the "L".
The actual extension is sold by Randall Burkey in Texas. It would only add maybe 3" to the height, whereas the larger box adds more than a foot and a half.

The extensions were for the old Havobator's I believe. The newer model was made deeper (if you believe it or not)? The original was pretty much for chicken eggs, then when more reptile people started to use them, they noticed the eggs dried out. At least thats what I found out when I researced it. I forget who I spoke with..it was like 3 years ago.

Eggs drying out is why you dont see the circulator fan sold with them as much anymore either. Chicken eggs must be different in this regard...I never hatched one to know.
