Aldabs, size and temps

Can someone with aldab experience tell me what they think their optimal temperature range is, and also their less than optimal tolerance range. And how this may change as they get bigger and older. I'm wondering just how well-heated a night shelter I need for a young aldab after it moves outside. Is nighttime low of 65 too low ?
