Is a enlcosure that is 12x12x18 large enough to house two or three crested geckos? I found one i like Exo Terra Medium Glass Terrarium on LLLreptiles site and was wondering if it is big enough for a pair at least?

no, that size is barely large enough for one adult. if you want to put in 2-3, go with the 18x18x24. reptiledepot has them cheap.

I use 18x18x36 and house 1.4 breeding groups in them .
18x18x24 will do fine for a 1.3 which is probally the best size group .
To reduce the chances of stress and or lost tails make sure theres plenty of hiding spots and visual barriers . For example most dollar stores carry fake vines wire a tangle or two of these gives the geckos more oportunity to stay away from any bullies in the cage.
I have found that sometimes certain geckos simply do not get along and must be seperated and thats more of a factor than how many in a cage. If one starts to lose weight dramatically , theres usually a bully and one of them needs to be removed or switched out.

3 females would be fine. I've read that you can put up to 5 females in with 1 male.
