I've successfully turned my adult Savannah into a porker and certainly didn't intend to. I'm trying to remedy the situation and want to prevent it with my red tegu.
I think he'd eat a furbee if it was turned on, he hasn't refused to eat anything I've put in front of him. Radishes, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, bananas, assorted bugs, pineapple, watermelon, and of course some rodents.
What's a good rule of thumb for how much and how frequently? I assume it's an adjust as you go type of thing, but what do you watch for?
