crickets

tonus Aug 13, 2003 10:37 AM

i am about to buy a dragon, and it just occured to me that the sound of crickets in my a partment could get very annoying to my roomates and myself. is there a trick to keeping them quiet?

i was also thinking of getting one of those new uv coil bulbs, do they work as well, and can i put it in a regular fixture like the heat bulb?

thanks,
tony

Feeder crickets don't seem to "chirp".

The good thing is if the crickets arent large they dont have wings. If they dont have wings they cant make there annoying sound. Since your getting a baby BD (I think) you wouldnt want to feed your dragon large size crickets any way. Hope this helps
