Mealworm pupae

I was wondering if it's ok to feed these as a supple to an adult bearded dragon? To me it would be ok since they are white that would mean no hard exoskeleton right? I mean they get darker as they get closer to becoming a beetle

I don't do beardies(yet) but I have had geckos and armadillo lizards eat them every now and then with no harm done. I don't think it would be something you would wanna feed all the time though.

Nope not as a staple. I would only do as treats! Crix are there staple or silkworms!
