Shedding problem?????

Kong_THE_Uro Apr 04, 2007 11:52 PM

I have had my Uro for about a year and a half now and i dont think I have ever seen her shed. I see little flakes of skin that look like they are about to come off but i have never seen her shedd like i said. Is this normal?

They shed in patches so it isn't always as noticeable as a snake or something. Mine is shedding on her right front leg now. She just finished 2 of her feet.

Just leave it all alone (but watch for toe strangling shed) and it should come off on it's own assuming you have a place for the uro to rub on.

Yup i agree! My uro only ever shed 1 all together. Every other time it's in patches different things shed at different times. Also make sure not just of the toes but of the "private" areas, some shed them seperately as well and some get stuck and then they have some issues with going to the bathroom and so on.
