i feed my chameleons crickets, and some greens like spinache. what other type of insect can i feed them and where can i get them?

also i am in the process of breeding my veilds. if anyone is interested in cheap babies, let me know... i have 2 females and 1 male... so i have a lot of eggs in incubation right now.. if anyone is interested let me know please.

you could feed silkworms, butter worms and super worms. check out http://herpfood.com

you could also try feeding carrots, warm them up, cut them into small pieces, and let them cool. also strawberries and melon is good too. if i remember right, spinach has something in it that effects calcium absorbtion, so you may want to feed it sparingly.
