Hatchling Rack Container Suggestions

pinky Apr 06, 2007 02:26 PM

I was wondering what folks do for containers after deli cups for hatchlings. I still have some 06's in deli's and I would like to move them up to some intermediate size box between the deli and the sterlite 1702 shoe box. Ideally, I'm looking for a container that is somewhere between 4 to 4.5" x 9 to 11" long. the only thing that comes close so far is a VCR tape box.

In the past year or so there have been a couple of threads about a box that has the dimensions you listed, IIRC. Somebody posted a picture of a rack and there was a lot of interest in the boxes.

I tried a quick search and could not find the thread. Sorry. I think it was a polycarbonate or acrylic food storage box. Long and narrow compared to the typical shoe box.

These guys are awesome. Check out the container store...or just buy them already assembled with belly heat from me! Boxes are 3 inches wide, 2 inches tall and either 9 or 12 inches long.

That's them. You might want to direct a response directly to the original poster.
