Well, I caved...

waspinator421 Apr 06, 2007 10:48 PM

I couldn't make it. I was going to see what hatched out this year before making a decision, but I got attatched. This little green male is now a part of my collection. I've named him "Sir Not-Appearing-in-this-Film" ("Sir" for short) to go along with my movie character theme. A little silly, but I like it!

You guys were right, but I thought I'd at least be able to last a bit longer. Sigh, what an addiction!

On a side note, I discovered that the other little female that I was also going to sell actually is a male. He's still on my "to sell" list, but I'm glad I checked before I started advertising. I worked everything out with Larry at Rock Canyon on this little mistake, he's a great guy to work with!

...in my honest opinion. I think it's very possible his ground color could develop into something quite striking.

And very much like this female.....

If I were to show you a photo of her as a baby, you would see how similar her color was to your new male at that stage of life. I think you have some exciting possibilities in store when this little man of yours matures, and you have to know I'm thinking of your white leonis female?!!

The mother of this Vermilya female pictured above is a gorgeous Great White leonis.

OOhhhh... That female is gorgeous! Too bad Dan isn't still into thayeri because I wanted to pick up a few more from him. I hope you're right that his ground color may turn out like that girl, she is stunning! I would like to see a picture of her as a young'in if you've got one.

There is no shame in caving in on that beautiful little guy. I ask: Who among us wouldn't? Congratulations on your new addition . . .
