BEHMN8R Apr 07, 2007 12:53 AM

I have built up a colony of 3.9 Bismarck Ringed Pythons. Is anyone else working with these animals?

I have kept a small group of Rings for many years now, and am still obsessed with them. Amazing animals, with very cool attitudes and behaviors. Not to mention, cool as hell looking!

Here are my favorite two adults. The first is my first Ring, and still my favorite, and my most successfull male, Tsuba. The second is my favorite, young female, Kashira.

Wow- those are your adults?!?

Those are INCREDIBLE!

The majority of the adults I've seen were very dull, but yours look to have retained much of their color/contrast!

Very, very nice!!!

This female has been teasing me with eggs for a week, but it looks close now.

those snakes are gorgeous. I've been thinking about working with some bigger snakes than my pines and these are a definent possibility. hows the temperments on these guys, something the girlfriend could handle she thinks the pines are to hissy

Those are some beautiful Rings. I'm hopeing that with all my females, this year will bring some good looking hatchlings.

Tom,

The new pair that I just picked up were supposed to be super aggressive. Yet, I handled them with ease and without incident. Still, I wouldn't trust them in the hands of my wife or daughters.

They do hiss a lot.
