Leopard geckos come from deserts, so having a humid terrarium could lead to problems for them. Just use a container with a hole in the lid (take a lighter around the hole to round sharp edges), fill it with a substrate that hold moisture well, such as peat or spanish moss, and mist it as necessary to keep it humid. Having the entance on the top will help to keep the substrate in, since the geckos will undoubtebly kick it around in there. They'll use it as often as they want to, and since you can use a margarine container, you'll save a heck of a lot of money.
