I have never bred snakes, but if I do breed my IJs next year or after I would be interested to know how you incubated them. I do not own an incubator or anything to make one, but would like to know what you did.

THanks,
Matt

I used a hovabator turbo fan. With an extention ring to make it deeper.
Inside I used a egg container, lid on, and a few holes drilled on the sides.
Using a temp/hum that is cordless from Radio Shack(real cool you can add 3 sensors to one main unit)
I only opened the incubator 4 times. I have found hovabators work well if in a place with a constant temp.
If you have hot days/cold nights they work crappy.

The key to it is forget about them, leave them alone.IMO

Is there a place online that I could see a picture of one? Trying to learn the ropes well before I might need them.

It's a brand of incubator made for poultry. It is a foam box style and is pretty cheap.
They come with and without a fan.
Most search engines look for "Hovabator incubator"
Should work.
Also available in stock at most feed stores.
