I was here a little while back when I was doing research about thayeris and when I finally got mine, and I've always found this site to be a huge help to me (thanks guys). Arella is a great snake, I never really figured out what else she was (if she's not full thayeri) but she's still the best snake I could have asked for. She has been shedding well, is eating 3 frozen pinkies a week like a little monster and is great with handling. Everything has been going great, I was just wondering how much they should grow each year though. (There's a pic below of her after shedding and eating two pinkies.)
Arella was an '05 and I got her last summer when she was about a year, she's grown about 3 inches in length since then but I don't know if that's normal - she's about 18 inches now. I believe that she started off pretty small, another owner who bought her sister thought the same thing about her snake. That's pretty much my only concern about her.
