Question about growth

python2000 Apr 10, 2007 06:44 PM

Hi! I have one female ball pyhon witch i bought from one previous owner that could't give her the proper conditions and needs. The animal was 1 year and 8 months old in this january (when i bought her) she was 80 cm quite thin (350 grams) and with one burning scar on her side. She was tame and very very aggressive eater. Now she is in my collection and she is eating like a pig. Now 11 april she is 800 grams. Do you think she will be able to breed next yaer (in 2007 winter)reaching a weight of at least 1400 grams??

What you think?

Thak you for your time

Flavio

Keep her eating, I think she could go. As long as she doesnt go off feed. females at least mine seem to go off just at the 1200 gram mark.. That is a ball for ya..
