'07 Red Albino Litter - Post Shed

mdc Apr 11, 2007 10:03 AM

Well, here they are. I finally found some time to take some pics. Sadly, a couple of the albinos didn't make it, but the rest are doing fine and have taken their first meal. The only one that hasn't shed yet is the striper, but she did take her first meal.

Here are a couple from last year. Male het #1 from this year is going to look just like this guy, if not better.

They're all gorgeous.

Those albinos are just awesome! I dont think Ive ever seen eyes on a regular albino quite like those. All the hets are beauts also.... one or two of them are fantastic! I think I could find room for them in my projects!!! Nice Matt!

Those are incredible! This must be a newbie question, but what strain is that?

mdc Apr 11, 2007 12:32 PM

Thanks, they are Kahl strain albinos produced from an albino het stripe male and an extremely red het albino female.

I'm impressed; I'm sure my Kahl albino never had contrast like that. Something to shoot for!

Those are looking very nice.
They will be some beautiful adults...

Congrats!!!!! The color on those albinos is stellar to say the least. Well when I am ready for some quality animals I know where to go. Love all the albinos, especially #1 male!!!!

Both the color AND the contrast are great on those guys. Those are some top quality kahls you got there. And the hets too. Make sure you post pics when there older.
