I packaged up 3 Spotted Pythons to ship UPS, I labeled the box "live harmless animal". Th guy came and got it no problem but at 7:00 tonight I get a phonecall saying I half to come and get them because they won't ship them. Is it because I labeled them properly. Actually I didn't label the box I used the exact box I received snakes in last year that was already labeled. I'm confused????

ups will no longer ship live reptiles unless you are a verified
shipper. and they will ship anything EXCEPT snakes. i had the same problem you did. i labeled them live harmless reptiles and then boom ater 2 yrs of shipping i could no longer ship them..
it's not what you did wrong but what you did right

You did nothing wrong, all of my boxes of snakes I just recieved say this and they took them just fine.
