Ok folks I have kept quit on the issue so far, but as I have watched this forum I cannot do so any longer. You all better get used to this new law because it will probably happen due to the lack of shear numbers and the pacifist mentality of most on here. We are about to enter into a battle, if you want to have any chance of stopping this give up your diplomacy tactics and fight it, as what it is, war on your rights. Ive said it before and I will say it again diplomacy means weakness and is just about the same as conceding defeat.
1) politicians understand 2 things votes and money, well we is a bunch brokeass hobbyist, so we need to let them know that we will try to persuade as many voters against them until the day they become un elected.
2) they some times understand constituents, we need the support through petitions of business owners and hobbyists alike to send a clear message (once again voters)
3) no more mr. nice guy with TPW those are bunch of dumbass bureaucrats that have no real care for the wild life, with them its all about power and money, what is purposed will only create a black market and raise prices of herps it will do nothing to stop hunting by some, and as well is almost un enforceable unless caught in the act of loading a snake in a vehicle, The reason TPW is interested in this is it will need more money and officers to enforce the laws, making them even bigger.
4) we need to send nasty messages to TPW as well as to the Legislatures, not kind words but ones of demands and reprocutions to follow if our demands are not meet, if we do not due this all of you will be herping somewhere else mark my words.
