I've been searching the State website for the introduction or scheduling for hearings of any potential Senate version of 2414. So far it does not appear that one has been introduced. If and when it does (and if one isn't introduced then no worries lol) that is the time we really must jump in with both feet. I assume it would be scheduled for public hearing with the Natural Resources Committee, at which point we should send as sizable a delegation as possible...I will certainly be there.
In the long term-win or lose -we should be proactive and open up discussions with TPWD just like other "Sportsman's" groups do all the time.....
