I just wanted to pipe in these safety contradictions before I go bye-bye. The tornado one is extreme, perhaps ludicrous, but this is an extreme and ludicrous bill. I'm sure you guys will come up with a few of your own.
There have been 365 shark attacks in Florida waters over the past 16 years from 1990 - 2006, 3 have been fatal, yet Florida has not made swimming in the ocean illegal.
