Unfortunately, I have to bug out for a while until our 10-K gets filed with the SEC. I'm getting WAY too wrapped up in this and I need to get my focus back on work. I hope I've made a small contribution. My heart is with you guys.

I just wanted to pipe in these safety contradictions before I go bye-bye. The tornado one is extreme, perhaps ludicrous, but this is an extreme and ludicrous bill. I'm sure you guys will come up with a few of your own.

There have been 365 shark attacks in Florida waters over the past 16 years from 1990 - 2006, 3 have been fatal, yet Florida has not made swimming in the ocean illegal.

Over this same period, tornadoes took the lives of 49 Americans, injured countless others and caused over $1 billion dollars of damage in Oklahoma’s Tornado Alley, defined as the area in the US where approximately 1 day or greater per decade contained a significant tornado, yet Oklahoma has not banned its citizens from building homes in this area. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_North_American_tornadoes_and_tornado_outbreaks

Gentlemen, for all of you in the legislature that have forgotten, living in this country is about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!

If you want to get really extreme, you can talk about the hunters of game who have shot their companions...some are even vice-president...not to mention the murders of game wardens by game hunters and fishermen. These activities should be looked at as well perhaps. (not really, but you can see how ridiculous the safety argument is)
