I mostly lurk here, but wanted to let yall know. I live in District 27, with Eddie Lucio as my senator. I called and talked to Ian Randalph, he said that they had not even heard about HB 2414 yet, after I explained the situation he said that I had their full support and they would do what they could to prevent the bill or at least get it ammended for herpers. So, I reccomend that you call your senators and inform them about the bill now, as they may not even know about it and if they hear about it from someone else first, they may be for it, just because that is what they think is "good" and what they heard first. Basically inform them before someone gives them misinformation.

My Senator was tied up today, but I plan to speak to representative and earn a favorable standing to oppose HB 2414.
