I had a galactonotus catch a new born fish fry from the aquarium portion of my paludarium once, but that was a fluke. The fry was wriggling on top of a floating leaf. While they will fish for floating fruit flies from on top of the water, they aren't usually interested in anything below the surface. I doubt you could interest them in fish, but if you have some tiny enough fry, it might be worth the experiment in a shallow lid. If it works, it should be a rare snack only. Your safest staples are fruit flies, pinhead crickets and springtails, with emphasis on fruit flies.
