Refreezing

snailqueen87 Apr 13, 2007 04:46 PM

My snake refused a meal tonight, (was in blue but would usual eat so I thought I'd offer anyway). The mouse was in with her for about 2 hours, is it ok to refreeze and use at a later date? Doesn't smell funky or anything.

if it still looks fresh.. go ahead and refreeze it. As long as it does not smell funky when you defrost it the next time.. it will be ok..

To cure this problem in the future.. Go buy yourself several more snakes, 50 or so should do it. Then one of them will always be willing to take it.. (joke)

Trust me, if I had the space I would have more! Just wait till I move out and get a place of my own

I don't see any problem with re-freezing a pinky as long as it wasn't left out over night or something. Jeff
