I know I posted this early last week, but I want to bring it up again now that the ball is really rolling.I have used this in all my letters. To me it becomes even more important now that we know TPWD is aiming this bill at us. Please read page 4 and 10 (TRANSECT). TPWD research is asking us to do something that they are trying to make illegal. It just shows the law makers what a valuable research tool a road can be. It also shows how this law has NOT been thought out.
IF HERPING ROADSIDES IS SO BAD WHY ARE THEY ASKING US TO DO IT?
