problems with U.S.P.S.

Has anyone else had any trouble mailing money orders through the post office? I recently mailed a postal m.o. from Va. to Me. it has been 9 days since and the guy still hasn't received it.The port office ran a scan on the # and they say it hasn't been cashed so,maybe there's still a chance he'll get it. Yes. I had someone mail me one in early Feb. and I still havent got it! They told that person the same thing, it hasnt been cashed but they wont issue a new one yet. Did you send it priority? After that incident, I recomended priority to everyone and havent has a problem since.

I didn't send it priority but,I sure will next time.I was purchasing a smoking pr. of Love line okeetees. The guy at the post office told me I could get a refund after 30 days of purchase if,it still hadn't been cashed. If it was stolen I guess I'm just out $200.00. That would stink! Thanks!, Jeff

It could also be if you are mailing to a rural area that can delay things. Also the bad weather in some places has delayed mail deliveries in many places. Just because you mail a MO to one place doesn't mean the plane it gets put on will go there first... sometimes mail is routed in funny ways - just like people can be routed in funny ways when flying on trips.

I feel your pain. I had the Post Office issue a money order that I sent in January. Since I was mailing from Cleveland to Columbus, I didn't use Express Mail. The receiver never got it. Now the Post Office can't find it or track it. You'd think that in this day and age a traceable money order wouldn't be in limbo for months.

I bought some kings from someone and he lost the M.O. and it took two months to get a replacement, he finally got his money but it took two months
