You can see how the female is gravid in the pic. You see a lot of skin between her scales in the lower part of her body. I was seperating them at the time. Randy

This is a little yearling. Randy

Randy:
How big an enclosure do the adults need (and what shape)?
Regards
John

RandyWhittington Apr 15, 2007 08:53 PM

The adults get up to 3 to 4 ft. and like to climb so something in the 1 by 2ft or 2 by 2ft floor space and a foot or two high. Randy

That's not "the Snake's" ride...lol. Prudhomme had a yellow 'cuda... And if it has a "Rat" under the hood it's a mixed hybrid....lol

Nice Challanger...is it a 440?

Thanks Art. It is a 440. It's a 73 body with a 440 block built back to 69-70 specs. Randy

Thanks, it does have a hell of an appetite. Randy

chris_harper2 Apr 15, 2007 07:57 PM

LOL. Just the other day I was emailing a herper and was telling him how little I know about morphs, etc. and that I could hardly keep track of the easy ones anymore.

So when I saw your post I immediately noted that I had no idea what a twin-striped purple rat was.

Very nice car. I like the old mopars.

BTW, here is that picture I promised you. This is my lightest G. janseni. The one that was in shed during my least thread.

He was on the run and I borrowed a camera from my wife's office so this was the only picture I could catch. I'll try to get a better one.

Thanks Terry. Do you think you will make it to Daytona this year? Randy

ratsnakehaven Apr 17, 2007 09:52 PM

Randy, I might, I'm not sure, yet. I'll be in AZ part of August and have to be in MI in September. I'm sure it'll be busy. We have to wait and see how things go.
