gravid shed question...

I have a female that is gravid. She appeared to have what I considered her final ovulation on January 25th. However, she never had a POS. Now here we are some months later, and she is in shed this morning. I know that sometimes females shed about halfway through their gestation period, but has anybody else had random sheds that don't really follow a pattern, and babies followed soon after????

Without a POS shed usually the count is 125-135 days past the ovulation date.
