DavidY Apr 15, 2007 05:39 PM

Just wondering...why are there so many Palpebrosus trigonatus for sale but almost never any P. palpebrosus?

Its just what is coming in right now. A few years ago there were about equal numbers of each comeing in.

All your really seeing is Trig's right now because thats all the exporters have left on there quotas.

The trigs are actually harder to locate and the exporters pay 3 times the amount of a Palp for a Trig

Just a small correction, but the correct name (although this was probably just a small mistake) is Paleosuchus trigonatus and Paleosuchus palpebrosus.

Take care,

Chris

Oops! Thanks for catching that, Frank! I guess I was just so flustered from seeing so many trigs but no palps. lol! Plus, I had palps on the brain! It's not a big deal though since I'm not ready to house one yet. But it makes me wonder if there will be any available if/when I am ready.

oops again! Chris, NOT Frank (sorry!). My brain is a bit toasted...
