Super Worms

Flipflopgurl16 Apr 15, 2007 08:36 PM

I have been feeding my leopard gecko super worms. However when I went to the pet store I was told that you have to kill these worms before you give them to your pet. If you don't there is a possiblitlty that they could eat their way out of your pets stomach. Has anyone heard of this before? Is it true?

Its just a myth. There is no way this is possible. The stomach acid in addition to your gecko chewing it will prevent this from ever happening.
