a little ID help please

I just got this guy/girl and I have no clue as to subspecies/locale and gender. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is a very cleanly banded IJ (Irian Jayan). the bands look eastern but it has speckling on the fore legs which tells me IJ.

Thanks for the help Morgan. I had narrowed it down to either Eastern or Irian Jaya after I looked through all of the literature that I could find. I've owned nothing but Northerns in the past and this little guy makes me want to venture into the other Tiliqua.

No problem... Easterns are hard to come by lately. Northerns were always more popular in the pet trade due to their impressive size. this is the same reason why I chose an Eastern... rarely over 20 inches.
