Meet Mr Attitude, my columbian male from Jim Hopkins

John Q Feb 07, 2003 09:50 PM

This is my male co-dominant striped columbian, Mr Attitude. I've had him for a few months and he has gotten better but I still have to wear gloves to take him out of his box. He'll calm down after a couple of minutes but I still got bit 2x while taking this picture.
He's really developing a lot of pink but I'm not sure if I would say he's hypo.
<br>Message to Jim, let me know what you think of Male #16)

Hi John,
He looks great and if it amkes you feel any better, his three sisters are still biting me too. Although his brother and sister from the previous litters that I have have settled down now (it took them over a year to "trust worthy" That snake I am sure you will find will throw 50% or better High pink Hypos when he is ready for breeding. It is a different line of hypos that I am working with that is mix in somehow with the striping gene. It has reduced balck ( a greying color head like the salmons) but it show incrediable pinks instead of the orange that the Salmons show. It is a neat gene that I hope to keep working on.
Thanks for showing him off.
Jim Hopkins
