emoryis are great snakes.
Same care as corns. They were, at one, time, considered a sub species of corn so there are more similarities then differences.
They have great temperaments, at least mine do.
Excelent eaters.
Unfortunately I can't tell you were to buy any. I'm not sure who's expecting any this season. I won't have any umtil next season.
It should be very easy to find them, though.

a few of my emoryis.

Nice pictures, Jimmy. I always enjoy seeing your pics of them. Emory's are an excellent species to work with. There is so much variety and the field is wide open because not that many people are into the different localities and morphs, yet. I'd put a couple pics up, but I'm at work and can't do that. I'm probably going to breed my Brazos Island rats this year for the first time. I hope that works out. The female should be nearing her first shed pretty soon. This is one of my favorite emoryi. Talk more later...

Don't forget that you could also legally keep Kisatchie cornsnakes (E. slowinksii) in WV since they aren't native!

What do you want to know about emoryi. Most of the main morphs are listed on my site (not many images at this time), but if you look down, there are some albinos posted by a few people, and I posted images of a couple of albino chocolate emoryi. Care is very similar to cornsnakes, but there are some slight breding differences. They tend to have more girth, lay fewer eggs, and have VERY robust babies that are great eaters. E. e. meahllmorum have larger clutches, on average, than E. e. emoryi.

This info is great! This starts me in the right direction!

I really am interested in the different morphs that they can be found in.

Differences between the 2 (corns and rats) is also what I was looking at.
