Kill a Bill

I just spoke with my Rep. Pickett's office. The 10 minute talk on the floor kills the bill. And apparently it is "unethical" to kill a bill this way according to my Reps assistant so he won't do it. But he will vote "no". I tried. We still need to bombard the Local & Consent Calendar Committee.
