If you call Isett's or any other office and get lied to, demeaned or hung up on KEEP YOUR COOL. Quietly write down the time and date of the call, who you spoke with and what occured. Never return abuse with abuse, rather log these incidents as they may be useful for when we, the public have an oppotunity to be heard. Well kept records of abuse or common indecency will make those for this bill look bad when presented in a FORMAL setting. Lashing out now will do no good.

I spoke with Chandler, he hung up on me at about 4:35 today April 17th. He was very rude right before he hung up on me. I in no way said anything to provoke this or anything to keep it going, he acted with out any class what so ever.

I totally believe you that you weren't rude. I was just trying to say that nobody should call them and act poorly because of the way he bahaved towards you.
