I have a female who is due at the end of may. She just went into shed this week and the skin should be coming off any day now. I know it is somewhat normal for an already gravid female to shed approximately half-way through their gestation period, but I'm wondering what are everybody's experiences with this? Does it usually end up in babies/slugs or does it not matter? I've never had it happen before. Also, what is usually the time span after the shed for babies? Is the shed actually half-way through the gestation period, or is it more towards the end, or does is fluctuate just like just about everything else with boas? lol
