I have a 6 month old corn and she eats one fuzzy a week but i just read somewhere that you can feed them crickets i was woundering if that is true and if it is how much would you feed them a week

NO do not feed them crickets....ever.....I don't know where you heard that but it's wrong....they have care sheets on this site or get a good book like the Corn snake manual from Cornutopia.com

You really ought to consider the source, rather than use a reference like "I read somewhere that..."
The majority of corns will not eat crickets. By referencing any of the several corn snake books on the market, or reading a care sheet from a reputable breeder, you'd know that rodents contain all the nutrition that a corn snake needs.
Get your corn snake care information from reliable sources - there's plenty of them out there.
