Howdy folks, haven't posted here in abit but we've been busy, spent 2 and half days at the San Diego Wildlife and Animal Park. That was a blast, no lizards but still lot's of fun animals and things in general just a little busier than normal.
So here is a picture of Bugsy with his babes, Thelma is the big one and Louise is the smaller one on the ground. Boy Cecil Thelma blew up and big time she dwarfs both Bugsy and Louise. Mind she is a pig when it comes to feeding time, yesterday she had gobbled down 5 medium crickets to Bugsy and Louise's 2 within seconds of the air drop of food, lol.
Now if you notice the size of Thelma, I have been considering her with Bonnie and Clyde just due to the size difference. Plus I've seen some interest from Clyde and/or Thelma when I've removed the partition to block line of sight between the cages.
Also today, I witnessed Bugsy's attempted mating with Louise, it was more like a cowboy riding a bull. With the normal results of Bugsy getting bucked off by Louise and them going to neutral corners. Bugsy was doing the pelvic dragging and then I saw Louise do what I would consider pushups after.
In other lizard news, Ommarosa is doing great, such a hungry gal, scarfs down everything when food is air dropped and with her veggies/fruits as well.
Other non-scaled news, my feline friend of 13yrs Forrest had been losing weight over the winter and well to my relief was diagnosed with Diabetes. Which means it can be controlled and monitored which is a good thing.
Well that's all for now any advice regarding the lizards would be appreciated.
