The babies grow quite fast but I still have to wait year or two when I can try to breed this sp.

Yea, the females perhaps should be 3 years old but my male was 13 months old when he bred the first of 3 females which he fathered and all of the females ended up gravid and produced 4-5 babies each litter. I rotated him through their cages giving him 2-4 weeks between each female to rest and he was a champ.
