Ever heard of Velacore????

I was watching some DIY show on tv. Junk Brothers is the name of the show. They are based in Canada I think. One show that I saw, they made some top out of something called velacore or maybe it's spelled velecore, at least I think that is what they called it.
It's in sheet form, like plywood.

Anyone know anything about this stuff? Easy to find? Good for a tank type enclosure?
