well, if nothing else I have certainly had FUN working with kingsnakes. They got me to Daytona five times over and a bunch of other shows, (Syracuse, Buffalo, NOAH, MARS, FIRE, NY Metro, New Hampshire, Pottstown, NRBC in Philly '98- remember THAT one???) a bunch of good people, have seen some of the most amazing stuff, and have observed/participated/avoided the spectrum on this forum.
I don't have anywhere near as many as I used to, just one hypo x white phase from last year and a very cool '06 eastern king from Crimsonking. I got hooked on this hobby from seeing a huuuuuge bluish-black and whiiiiite chained eastern at the local herp club's annual display in '94. Its been all downhill from there. Ever wonder how many rodents you've purchased over a given period of time? Anyhow, all this time later I got a snake that I feel can fill those shoes. They will have to pry him from my cold dead hands, hahaha. Pics when he gets some size, but don't hold your breath.
