Well I finally got my first clutch of eggs, from my mojave male from Patrick Powers at Prehistoric Pets and a female I bought as a yearling at a local show a few years ago. She laid 8 good eggs (I candled them) and not one problem taking her off of them. She was actually about 4 days early I expected them around the 25th but when I was misting my females that are either in pre leay shed (or post ovulation however you prefer) I noticed her coiled like she is in the pick and could barely see the white off the eggs between the coils. So I waited until this morning to make sure she was finished and BTW this is her first clutch. I want to thank Jared Carr (C&C Reptiles)for all his help with everything and Brian Barcyzk also. Larry if you have a pic handy post one of him for me I would love to see how he turned out. He was probably one of the best colored mojaves I have ever seen. I had it on my website as one of the snakes that I had probably regreted getting rid of but I see he went to a good place

This is an old pic. So hard to get his true colors. I'll try to get some new one's (on black backround) after he's finished breeding. He's with my monster female now. She's the last for him this season. All his other girls have ovulated or laid.

Brian Ive told you, you have to give me the directions Jared will not willingly let me go up to your place without him you know that. LOL BTW I saw your myspace page, nice.
