im gogin to build a cage and it will be wood. what can i use for the sides??? would screening work becuase it is easier than plexi-glass. and can i paint the back of the inside of the cage and the wood frame black?? will the paint hurt the leos??

This is my viv. 48"x18"x19". Works out to about 60gallons.
Made from wood with sliding front glass pannels.

I wouldn't put your leos in with a turtle. Even if they left each other alone, one could make the other sick. Generally, different species shouldn't be housed together, and species from different parts of the world should never be housed together.
