Everyone send out good vibes

Shadow4108 Apr 22, 2007 11:03 PM

I'm working on my hubby to get another ball.. our first had to be given away due to relocation issues, but now we plan on staying where we are for a long time.. so that won't be an issue again. He hasn't said no, but he has not given way to the snake side yet... so send good vibes my way and i'll keep you all posted.. LOL

Good Luck!

I would say go ahead and get it without telling him. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.

AHAHAHAHA... that is how I did everything when I was in highschool. Do it now, beg forgiveness later

Good luck with that! I was recently worried about telling my mom that I had a snake (even though I have more than one) as a pet. She 's ok with it as long as I'm not living at home with her. I hope I don't have to move back home after college. =(

Hehe. Like everyone's mentioned, just sneak it in. Can't say no to something as adorable as a baby ball :D

This method is how my family has ended up with such fun pets as turkeys, goats, chickens, a few of the dogs, a cat, the pond full of fish, and almost my entire collection of critters, lol. I have a very tolerant father :D

I asked permission to keep one snake, and snuck the other 8 in. My brother thinks I'm nuts for spending a couple thousand on a snake, but he thinks the albino and piebald are awsome. Anyways, good luck.

Hope you get a new snake back in the house! They really do make life more interesting, don't they?

That's how I got my first one...bought it when my wife was out of town, then pleaded insanity. You know what--she likes checking in on it as much as I do. I didn't even get read the riot act. Don't know quite how that happened.

Got the second snake as a Christmas gift--I was like a 6-year-old on that one...just didn't ask for anything else. It worked. Crazy, huh?

It's like Bing Crosby says in White Christmas...everybody's got an angle.

Good luck with your angle!
