At what age do they stop shedding

canineloco Apr 23, 2007 05:48 PM

Hi,

I have a 22 month old male leo that I purchased from a classifed. Well in the 7 months that I have had him not once has he shed. Bascially he hasn't changed in size, has a good appetite. I just want to be sure that I am not stunting his growth.

Thanks
Christine

At 15 months he was probably full size unless he was under fed.

They will continue shedding for their entire life. They eat their own shed so you probably just haven't caught him in the act.
