Mating question

skronkykong Apr 24, 2007 02:56 PM

I introduced my male and 2 female bulls together a few weeks ago. He's been courting them all over the place but I've only seen him hooked up with one female. I took her out and have been re-introducing the other female since. He's been courting her too but I've yet to see them hooked up. My question is should I assume there has been a successful mating without me seeing it? They mated last year without me seeing any courting or hooking up.

I would definately not discount that mating has occured just because you haven't seen them copulate. If he's showing the interest more often than not he will follow thru. Good luck and keep us posted!
