Two New Additions

waspinator421 Apr 25, 2007 04:50 PM

Just got these two new Thayeri. They are both a very light shade of yellow, and it was very hard to capture with the camera.

This is the male, his name is Fezzik. I just LOVE his lack of a head pattern!

And here is the female, named Mystique. She's got an M on her head.

I have a question for you guys. What would you consider these patterns? Pin-Banded, Thin-Banded, or something else? I thought that Pin-Banded more referred to banding where there is little to no red between the black lines, so I am leaning towards Thin-Banded. Is there a proper term for this?

Thanks for looking!

Thanks Adam. Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. I think I'll just call them Thin-Banded unless somebody who knows Thayeri tells me otherwise.

They are very pretty. If you don't mind my asking who produced them? Great pic's also.

Thanks Ken. That snake of yours is very nice. I like his/her lack of head pattern as well!

Thanks Michelle. The guy I got them from didn't know exactly who produced them. He was selling a total of 3, and he said that one was from Marc Bell, but didn't know which one. So, I have no idea, but they looked pretty good to me!
