Bringing snakes in to Canada via Customs

Hey guys.. So i've read over many sites and I've been to canadian and american customs.. i am just quite confused on everything. so I am hoping someone who has done this before can help me out...

An american breeder is bringing in a shipment ob ball pythons from africa to his place. I am buying 20 off him and he is sending them to blaine, WA, which is not far from me. I am going to pick them up and take them across the border.. BUT WHAT DO I DO?!

What fees, what permits for the american export and canadian import do I need? and the guy that checks my animals? what do I need to do, really lost, would appreciate any help, thanks.
preferably telling me from experience. I live in canada by the way..
