Hey Morgan...I need your help again lol

Gregory Apr 25, 2007 07:11 PM

I got this one today and I think she may be a Northern but I've also seen pics of Easterns that look the same way. What do ya think oh Mistress of the Blueys? lol

northern, look for how the orange is next to the dark stripes as opposed to under them dark in many easterns.

go to bluetongueskinks.net for more info

I would say Northern. The porthole coloration indicates it, as does the dark spots... Northerns have a dark region on their sides connected to the lighter colored back-bands. Easterns keep their banding uniform down their sides.

Tiliqua are very addicting . James Wilson got me hooked on them years ago. I had eastern , northerns , and a few breeding ( former ) Irian Jayas and Tanimbars . I think I had over 20 breeders . Although now I only work with Corucias as far as lizards go . I do smile when I see a Bluey . The picture looked northernish ,it was alittle hard to see , possibly an intergrade of eastern x northern ?
